No Nonsense Health

Here’s the TRUTH.
If I was going to create an easy, sustainable, no nonsense guide to lose belly fat, gain more energy, and look and feel like a million bucks in the next 30 days, here’s what I’d do.

* I’d ditch alcohol and refined sugar as much as humanly possible. They're carbs and toxins you don't need.
* I’d avoid trans fats like a pit bull wi
th syphilis. Margarine, chips, and fried foods are linked to inflammation, diabetes and fat gain.
* I'd walk like my life depended on it. It reduces cortisol and stress, and helps your insulin low.
* I'd lift heavy 2-3x weekly. Don't worry your pretty little head about 'getting too bulky'. Just remember that muscle burns fat 24/7... even when you're bingeing Netflix.
* I'd try to sleep 7-9 hours. Poor sleep increases your appetite, while healthy sleep reduces, cortisol, metabolizes fat, and builds muscle.
* I'd eat protein first at every meal, focusing on animal protein. Animal protein contains fewer carb per calorie over plant protein. Protein in general kills hunger, keeps you fuller longer, and preserves muscle.
* I’d drink water first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Make sure your urine is light yellow.
* I'd do three 1-minutes sprints (or HIIT workout) once a week. Mine are every Saturday morning.
* I’d pray, meditate, or journal every day... because your mental and spiritual life needs to be as healthy as possible.
No supplements or shakes or pills you have to buy. (But if you're looking for an edge, I'll drop my secret stash here.)
No cleanses and no kale. Unless you're into kale. Just don't overdo it because, well... oxalates.)
No cardio marathons. Don't get me wrong... I love to run. It's meditative and cathartic. But my opinion is you can get equal or better health benefits in more time-efficient ways.
No starvation. Because that's not sustainable.
