You Can't Outexercise a bad diet

In May of 2021, I was completely unhappy with the way I felt (which is more important than the way I looked). After struggling for so long, I realized it's really true: you can't out-exercise a bad diet.
I was fed up and decided to do some research. I didn't need a fad diet. I wasn't going to spend hours in the gym. I just needed real nutrition, not the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) way I was accustomed to eating.
I needed something that was:
1: Stupid simple.
2: Sustainable
3: On-the-go.
For those of you who struggle or are ready to make a real, lasting change this year, this worked for me.
I'm not a doctor or nutritionist or even much of an athlete, but after dropping 45 lbs in just under 5 months, I have more energy, focus, and drive than ever before.
I'm only sharing this here because I want you to know that if I can do it, anyone can do it.
And if you need a coach to walk you through it, be your cheerleader and share all the pitfalls I fell into along the way, I'm happy to do that.
With the right tools, there's no limit to what you can achieve!
